This is a placeholder post — it exists to prove the devlog pipeline (markdown in, static HTML + RSS out) actually works end to end. Real launch content is out of scope here and owned by the governor separately.
Once the pipeline is wired into the build (`deploy/build-web.sh`), this file is safe to replace or delete — nothing else depends on its content, only on the frontmatter shape (`title`/`date`/`slug`) and the fact that at least one `.md` file exists under `web/devlog/posts/`.
